We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us.
You can return your purchase within 7 days of shipping delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened with the original package seal intact. Refund will be made to the original method of payment. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
FemmeFirm is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will work together to find a solution.
Hot Weather Disclaimer
Please be aware that during the summer months there is a possibility that your whipped body butter may melt.
To mitigate this, we suggest having someone available to receive your package as soon as it arrives. If the product has melted, simply place in the fridge until it becomes solid. While we take every precaution to prevent melting, we are unable to furnish returns on melted or opened products.
